Misión del rol

La misión principal del CSO va a ser liderar y gestionar la estrategia de ventas en las tiendas físicas de la compañía, enfocándose en maximizar las ventas directas al consumidor final.

Deberá asegurar el crecimiento sostenido del negocio mediante la implementación de estrategias innovadoras y efectivas que impulsen las ventas en tiendas físicas.

Responsabilidades / Funciones

Desarrollo e Implementación de Estrategias de Sell Out en Tiendas Físicas. Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas enfocadas en las tiendas físicas para incrementar las ventas directas al consumidor.Analizar el rendimiento de los productos en las tiendas y ajustar las estrategias de ventas según sea necesario.Establecer metas y objetivos claros para los equipos de ventas y realizar seguimiento continuo de su rendimiento en términos de sell out.Realizar visitas frecuentes a las tiendas para supervisar el rendimiento de las ventas y obtener feedback directo del equipo.Supervisar la implementación de estrategias de visual merchandising para optimizar la disposición de productos y mejorar la experiencia de compra.Desarrollar y comunicar una propuesta de valor clara y atractiva para los clientes de la compañía. Identificar y capitalizar en las tendencias del mercado y las preferencias del consumidor para ajustar y mejorar la propuesta de valor.Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para alinear las campañas promocionales y publicitarias con la propuesta de valor de la empresa.Gestión de Stock: supervisar y optimizar la gestión del inventario para asegurar la disponibilidad de productos en todas las tiendas físicas.Utilizar herramientas de análisis y sistemas (como Power BI) para monitorizar y gestionar los niveles de stock de manera eficiente.Gestión de Personal: liderar y desarrollar al equipo de ventas y personal de tienda, asegurando una alta motivación y desempeño.RequisitosGrado o Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Marketing, Finanzas y Contabilidad, o campo relacionado/afínMuy valorable máster/postgrado en ventas o marketing Experiencia de al menos 5 años de trayectoria profesional en roles similares, de responsabilidad en ventas o comercial Muy valorable conocimiento y experiencia en entorno retail Imprescindible disponibilidad muy alta para viajar entre España para visitar puntos físicos de ventaImprescindible catalán y español, muy valorable inglés u otros idiomas Si te encuentras buscando nuevos retos profesionales y te sientes identificado/a en las funciones descritas no dudes en aplicar y muy pronto nos pondremos en contacto contigo
