At Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, we are seeking a talented Media Trainee to join our Media team based in Madrid. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn about Paid Media and special focus on Paid Social Media by applying your knowledge to all our brands and take your career to the next level. MAIN FUNCTIONS

Assist in international campaigns and support to the Northern Europe, Southern Europe, and Latin America regions.You will learn the main media KPIs and put them into practice through the activation of paid media campaigns (awareness, traffic and conversion).Participate in the activation process of media campaigns (mainly for Paid Social Media), including reception and review of briefs, coordination with media agency, monitoring, reporting and analysis, obtaining conclusions to continue improving and ensuring alignment with the defined goals.You will manage campaigns through Meta, Linkedin and TikTok.Handle administrative tasks related to media campaigns.Collaborate with internal teams such as Social Media Organic, E-Commerce, CRM or Brand and external teams such as media agency or providers among others.You will also manage multiple projects simultaneously.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree: Marketing, Advertising, Business or similar.English: fluent.EXPERIENCE

No previous experience is required, although having previously worked in a media agency or marketing department is a plus, mainly in Social Media departments.

CONDITIONS

The position will be located at the Central Offices in Madrid, Spain (Santa Engracia 120).

The schedule is full time from Monday to Thursday and on Friday).
