¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

Co-crear, coordinar e implementar diferentes proyectos de valor dirigidos a la mejora del proceso asistencial y aceleración del patient journey, trabajando en colaboración con ventas, acceso y MSL por la parte interna, así como médicos, enfermeras, gestores sanitarios, sociedades médicas regionales, garantizando una experiencia de cliente excepcional.Garantizará el impacto en negocio de sus actividades dentro del área asignada.Analizará e interpretará la información recibida de sus compañeros/as de ventas, marketing, departamento médico y acceso, así como del mercado y de la competencia para extraer los datos relevantes y traducirlos en acciones, reportando los informes de negocio de su zona que se le requieran.Tendrá un rol clave en el establecimiento de una metodología de trabajo inclusiva y enfocada al valor añadido al paciente dentro de su Célula Territorial, junto a los delegados/as, MSL y Acceso, colaborando activamente en la cohesión y el espíritu de equipo.Será agente de cambio y transformación del equipo.La zona de trabajo es la zona Noroeste de España: Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, Castilla y León, Madrid. La residencia es en Madrid. ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Titulación universitaria superior en ciencias de la salud o administración de empresas.Experiencia en posiciones de client / patient experience.Buen nivel de inglés.Alta disponibilidad para viajar por el territorio asignado.Trabajo en equipo, tanto con stakeholders internos como externos a la organización. Visión sistémica, influencia y gestión del cambio.Orientación a negocio, a resultados y a cliente.Capacidad analítica y de planificación.
