Sampling and samples ́structural characterization. Cellular and molecular in vitro assays. Design of novel cellular models under co-culture. Multiomics approaches (peptidomics, digestomics, proteomics, metabolomics). Microbiological assays. Data treatment, scientific publishing and dissemination and communication tasks.
