The Supply Planner will be responsible for inventory replenishment, distribution, and allocation for Otter Products International. They will work with the Demand Planning, Customer Operations, Sales, and Procurement teams to manage inventory with the primary aim of achieving on-time-delivery to our customer's requests, all while striving towards inventory turns goals. They will also be accountable for communicating key changes and exceptions to the Sales and Operations groups.

Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, this Otter will understand the interaction between all parties involved in inventory planning and management to accurately determine the best way to fill all customer requirements for quantity and time.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the EMEA & APAC Inventory and Supply Performances.

Formulate long/short-term rolling inventory plan to identify risks and opportunities.

Liaise with Sales team and rest of the supply chain team to optimize inventory planning.

Work with the Sales Operations of other regions to improve lead time of inventory delivery, in line with the highest industry standards.

Provide reporting and drive actions in the business according to company targets.

Responsible for inventory replenishment, distribution, and allocation in the EMEA & APAC area

Monitor inventory, review slow moving stock and provide suggestions.

Analyze sales rolling forecast with actual demand pattern.

Manage product allocation based on global trends and countries' feedback.

Perform supply chain analysis with sales, inventory, and warehouse data for regular review.

Analyze and manage local inventory for maximum financial results, helping individual stores effectively analyze and evaluate inventory performance.

Monitor KPIs and create consistent, accurate and easily accessible overviews of inventory information.

Qualifications

B.A. or B.S. degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field/relevant experience required.

2-3 years of Merchandising Allocation experience. FMCG experience is highly desirable.

Excellent analytical skills, with an eye for creating effective overviews.

Good multi-tasking, working on multiple tasks towards strict deadlines.

Strong communication skills, as you will be working with international colleagues.

Experience with MRP/ERP systems is essential.

Knowledge of Lean six sigma principles highly advantageous.

Customer focused ethos.

Strong understanding of shipping models (incoterms).

Excellent experience and proficiency with spreadsheet, databases and reporting tools. MS Excel and PowerPoint are a must.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about process improvement.

Analytical thinking with keen attention to detail.

Flexibility, adaptability, and proven ability to work under pressure - Ability to work to deadlines is essential.

Fluent English and Chinese, another language will be an advantage.
