Demand and Supply Planner

Desde Marlex estamos colaborando con una importante pionera del sector de automoción eléctrica, la cual se dedica al diseño, producción y distribución de motocicletas eléctricas, ubicada en la zona del Baix Llobregat, y que actualmente se encuentra en búsqueda de dos figuras de Demand Supply Elecric.




¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa?
En dependencia de la Supply Chain Manager, la persona seleccionada se encargará de:

  • Gestionar los pedidos de piezas a su cargo con proveedores locales, europeos y mundiales (MRP)
  • Realizar el seguimiento constante de pedidos y entregas según plan de producción establecido para 2 plantas de producción diferentes
  • Llevar un control del stock y la subcontratación
  • Coordinar los flujos de materiales, hasta la entrega en el almacén.
  • Trabajar con los diferentes: Compras, Logística y Proveedores para optimizar la estrategia de suministro (MOQ, lead time, tamaños de embalaje...)
  • Contactar con empresas de logística y transitarios y gestionar los transportes.
  • Prever el stock lento y obsoleto.
  • Gestionar y resolver OutOfStock y otras excepciones.
  • Trabajar bajo la filosofía Lean Manufacturing.

  • Tienes experiência previa mínima de 3 años en Supply Chain.
  • Cunetas con experiência industrial de automoción y/o líneas de montaje.
  • Tienes conocimientos en aprovisionamiento y gestión de stocks.
  • Te consideras exigente contigo mismo/a y especialmente con los proveedores.
  • Estás acostumbrado/a a trabajar de manera autónoma, cumpliendo los plazos y los estándares de calidad, adaptándote a las tarifas.
  • Tienes habilidades de negociación y eres firme en tus decisiones.
  • Eres una persona con facilidad de aprendizaje para dominar los materiales que se utilizan en un breve período de tiempo.
