Our Global Supply Chain is a network of more than 300 manufacturing plants, distribution centres, and other facilities strategically positioned to support our direct sales, marketing, and distribution operations. We are looking for a Demand Planner who will be responsible for managing a medium product portfolio, network, or division within the company. In this role, you will oversee the Demand, Supply, or Raw Material plan to ensure customer needs are met through various planning strategies. Acting as a bridge between production and internal/external stakeholders is a key part of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with key stakeholders in export countries to integrate current and future demand plans into the export plan. Facilitate communication between local export countries and European planning teams to ensure adherence to processes. Work closely with Marketing and Divisional Planners to incorporate new product launches, conversions, and discontinuations into the plan. Use exception management and root cause analysis to identify forecast deviations and address issues. Monitor demand plan performance, analyze actual versus planned outcomes, and prepare performance metrics for continuous enhancement. Handle problem-solving and navigate ambiguous situations effectively. Lead or engage in continuous improvement projects using project management skills. Leverage market knowledge to enhance service and inventory through accurate forecasting. Cultivate partnerships and collaborate with others to achieve shared goals. Devise new processes or solutions to drive efficiency and performance improvements.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business/Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. 2 years of experience in supply chain planning, finance, marketing, or a related analytical field. Proficiency in ERPs, advanced planning systems, analytical tools, or equivalent software. Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Demonstrated effective communication across different audiences. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decisions and consensus building. Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics. Track record of meeting Key Performance Indicators and business objectives. Experience in cross-functional collaboration and communication. Strategic thinking abilities.

Desired Qualifications:

Advanced technical or business degree, MBA preferred. Experience in operational excellence and project management (e.g., TPM, Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt). APICS Certification.
