Installed Base Administrative Trainee

As an Installed Base Administrative Trainee, you will contribute to the development of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Help to provide the customer with a level of service and trust that enhances the company's image. Contribute to a profitable customer service, as well as the development of sales (equipment, reagents, services) in partnership with the sales and marketing teams.
Foster and strengthen administrative and commercial relations related to the acquisition of an instrument and/or service for all external and internal customers, from the receipt of the sales, placement, rental, and/or maintenance contract up to billing. Contribute to the management of orders for systems/equipment, service contracts in partnership with sales teams, and follow-up of the installed base.
What will be your main mission?
- Systems/Equipment - Order to Invoice: Manage the administrative processes for systems/equipment from order reception to invoicing. Contribute to maintaining system configuration references and configuring the financial aspects in SAP (assets, loan/demo/internal, placed, sold...)."
- Installed base: Contribute to maintaining and following up on the installed base in accordance with company guidelines and best practices (S/N, location, date of installation, assets, status...). Be responsible for managing the SAP traceability and physical movements of equipment for loan/demo/internal/stock.
- Service offer: Create service offers/quotes (training services, service contracts, system moves, etc.) for customers in collaboration with sales and customer service.
- Sales & marketing synergy: Inform the sales and marketing team about customer opportunities and needs (outdated systems, end of warranty, contract renewal, contract termination...).
- Continuous improvement: Analyze documents, tools, processes, and organization to make proposals for improving the quality and image of the service, as well as optimizing its profitability.
- Be aware and comply with the company's Quality & Health, Environment, and Safety Policy.
Who are you?
- Basic studies in sales administration.
- Deep knowledge of SAP.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Rigorous, reactive, structured, organized, team player.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Available at least 6 months.
