You will be responsible for leading and managing all business activities of the company. Your main objective will be to develop and implement effective business strategies to drive sales growth, expand the customer base, and strengthen the company's competitive position in the market.

Responsibilities:

Development of Business Strategies: Create and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and growth objectives of the company by identifying market opportunities.Sales and Team Management: Oversee and lead the sales team, providing leadership, guidance, and support by setting individual and team sales goals. Additionally, you will need to implement training programs to enhance the performance of the sales team.Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and providing value-added solutions.Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer demands using data and metrics to inform business decisions and adjust strategies as needed.Product and Service Development: Collaborate with other departments to develop new products or services that meet market needs, ensuring that the company's product portfolio is competitive and relevant.Budget Management: Efficiently manage the commercial department's budget, maximizing return on investment in sales and marketing activities.Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with business policies and quality standards.Requirements:Proven previous experience in commercial management positions, preferably in the visual communication or retail sector.Demonstrated skills in leadership, team management, and decision-making.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Results-oriented and ability to work under pressure.Fluent in English, other languages are desirable.Availability to travel.
