¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
El/la candidato/a seleccionado tendrá las siguientes funciones:
Creación e implementación de estándares operativos para todos los departamentos según las líneas LQA y Forbes Travel Guide (actualizándolas cuando necesario) y responsable del cumplimiento de dichos estándares.Planificar y auditar internamente todos los departamentos según programa, identificando áreas de mejora y ejecutando planes de acción con medidas correctivas, colaborando con el responsable del área de mejora.Análisis del guest feedback identificando áreas de mejora y nuevas oportunidades para aumentar el engagement del huésped y su satisfacción.Resolver quejas y reclamaciones de forma satisfactoria.Liderar el desarrollo de la estrategia de mejora continua de la compañía impulsando iniciativas para mejorar la eficacia y la operativa diaria.Crear sinergias para fortalecer que los equipos sean multidisciplinares motivándolos en su día a día.Implementación del software necesario para la mejora de las operaciones y la calidad del hotel.Análisis con métricas del performance mensual sobre las iniciativas y mejoras implementadas a Dirección.Comunicación clara de objetivos a managers y teams sobre las medidas adoptadas.Desarrollar junto a Dirección la cultura de la Excelencia Hotelera y Calidad dentro de la compañía.Responsabilizarse del manual de calidad, como herramienta de trabajo. ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
Titulación universitaria relacionada con el turismo y con especialización en calidad y mejora continua.Experiencia previa en posiciones similares y como F&B o Rooms Manager en Hoteles 5* / 5*GL.Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo.Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.Conocimiento de las normas de salud y seguridad en el sector de la hostelería.Nivel de inglés C1. ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
