Job Description
Supervisar y coordinar las actividades diarias de producción para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivosImplementar y mejorar procesos de producción para aumentar la eficiencia y reducir costesIdentificar, analizar y corregir problemas de calidadSeleccionar, liderar, motivar y desarrollar al personal de la plantaAsegurar el cumplimiento de todas las normativas de seguridad y salud ocupacional aplicablesAsegurar el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones legales y ambientales aplicablesSupervisar el presupuesto operativo de la plantaParticipar en la formulación de planes estratégicos a largo plazoAnalizar y reportar el desempeño de la planta a la alta dirección, utilizando indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs)Asegurar que los equipos y maquinarias reciban el mantenimiento adecuadoFomentar una cultura de mejora continua mediante la implementación de metodologías como Lean Manufacturing o SixSigmaPromover la adopción de nuevas tecnologías y métodos de producción
The Successful Applicant
Valorable título universitario en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionadoMínimo de 10 años de experiencia en gestión de plantas de manufactura, con al menos 5 años en un rol de liderazgoConocimiento en metodologías de mejora continua como Lean Manufacturing y SixSigmaExperiencia en ERP y Microsoft OfficeConocimiento profundo de las normativas de seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambienteDisponibilidad y flexibilidad horaria y viajar según sea necesario
