Dependencia del Director de Marketing

Funciones:

Investigación y análisis de datos sobre insights de mercado, necesidades de Cliente y tendencias del Consumidor.Elaboración y planificación de la estrategia a largo plazo de sus productos (marcas y categoría), así como determinación de KPI's, gestión de la P&L Brand y seguimiento presupuestario.Estrategia de posicionamiento de productos para su mejor visibilidad.Mantenimiento y establecimiento de relaciones duraderas y de confianza con los proveedores.Benchmarking con competidores, propuesta de pricing y actividades promocionales.Trabajo conjunto con Clientes, KAM's, GPV's, etc. para identificar nuevos caminos para la expansión de marcas / categoría.Colaboración en Equipo con Trade Marketing para elaboración de argumentarios para propuestas de cada Marca.Soporte a Supply Chain para asegurar la disponibilidad de productos y su apropiada distribución.Perfil:Formación en ADE o similar, con Máster o postgrado en Marketing. Grado de conocimiento de Inglés muy alto, hablado y escrito.Experiencia mínima de cinco años en ALIMENTACION GRAN CONSUMO, en posiciones de Brand Manager, siendo muy valorable que haya tenido responsabilidades en e-commerce y trade marketing. Habituado/a uso KANTAR, IRI, NIELSEN, etc.Profundo conocimiento del proceso de marketing / ventas, así como gestión de P&L y Budget.Activación promocional y de PDV, análisis CatMan, argumentario para Cliente, gestión de materiales PLV y material para ventas.Habilidad para las relaciones interpersonales, de negociación y para realizar presentaciones, iniciativa y trabajo en equipo.
