Role Overview:

  • Apply project management principles effectively for successful project outcomes, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
  • Create a positive work environment by fostering partnerships, promoting teamwork, and maintaining open communication
  • Act as the main point of contact and study leader throughout project lifecycle
  • Develop and execute project plans, conduct meetings, and ensure alignment among all stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver presentations at various meetings
  • Identify and address project issues promptly
  • Manage revenue forecasting and tracking
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams efficiently
  • Conduct regular customer meetings and maintain accurate records
  • Update budgets, contracts, and project reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve project-related issues
  • Participate in customer audits and training activities
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
