What you will do

Coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of multiple projects.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget following the quality criteria agreed by the business.

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal or external stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility of the proposal in coordination with the technical teams.

Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals in order to identity risks and perform the required corrective actions and communication to all stakeholders.

Create and maintain project documentation according to Equifax’s requirements including spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.

Executes and lead the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan in order to achieve the project goals and actively manages project risks.

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs following a change control process.

Report and escalate to management as needed.

Manage the relationship with clients and relevant stakeholders as needed.

Manages project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned.

What experience you need

Proven working experience in project management through a multiple projects managing approach.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Experience of Agile software delivery and the role Product Owner within an Agile model is a plus

Experience with project management software tools.

PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus

Degree educated in a subject relevant to the position and/or equivalent relevant experience
