Desde Q-tech estamos colaborando con una empresa tecnológica líder en soluciones financieras para el sector turístico, con presencial internacional. Se especializan en soluciones de pagos B2B y operan con dos plataformas principales.

Formarás parte de un equipo de más de 200 personas, de las cuales 65 forman parte del área de tecnología (software y producto).

Se encuentran en un momento de crecimiento exponencial que supone un gran reto a todos los niveles. Es por esto, que buscan incorporar un perfil de Customer Onboarding Engineer para unirse a las áreas de Payment y Procurement.

Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

Analizar los requisitos funcionales y técnicos de los clientes para mejorar su experiencia en el proceso de integración de la plataforma. Analizar los requisitos de cumplimiento técnico y funcional para los diferentes países.Gestionar proyectos de integración del ERP del cliente y nuestra plataforma.Mejorar los procesos de onboarding. Liderar proyectos técnicos gestionando los requisitos de los stakeholders. Ejecutar y organizar procedimientos de prueba y solución de problemas de principio a fin y realizar informes analíticos. Preparar documentación técnica para cada proyecto. Gestionar y resolver solicitudes y quejas de los clientes. Participar activamente en el diseño y desarrollo de productos. Participar en reuniones técnicas previas a la venta para asistir a nuestro equipo de ventas. ¿Qué buscamos?Titulaciones Técnicas (Informática, Telecomunicaciones, PM...) Al menos 3 años de experiencia en proyectos de implementación de software Experiencia en integración de ficheros y archivos, APIs, protocolos de comunicación, datos, etc.Conocimientos en gestión de proyectos y/o «Lean Management» Inglés Avanzado Persona enfocada en resultados y mentalidad analítica Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales Experiencia en creación de documentos Paciencia y capacidad de escucha activa Pasión por el servicio y trato al cliente Oferta:Remote friendly y flexibilidad Horaria Seguro Médico Días de vacaciones extra Plan Remuneración flexible Clases de idiomas Clases de Yoga en las oficinas Servicio de Fisioterapia, Life Coaching & Servicio Psicología Referral Program
