TITLE: HR Intern

DEPARTMENT: Human Resources

REPORTING TO: Human Resources Business Partner

OFFICE LOCATION: Madrid, Spain

Overview Of The Team

Join the HR team and work closely with the HR Director, HR Business Partners, and Benefits Manager based in the US & EMEA, assisting with various day-to-day people-related matters and HR activities.

Additionally, your role will entail active collaboration with the Global HR team members. This collaboration will be crucial in driving IPC's business strategies and shaping the overall employee experience through our diverse range of people programs and processes.

This is a high-energy international team, that thrives on managing multiple priorities, work streams and stakeholders. Every day brings fresh challenges and exciting opportunities

Role Overview:

Administrative support: to employees across the AMERS & EMEA region.Onboarding & Offboarding: assist the onboarding and offboarding processes.Maintain employee files: maintain accurate employee files for current and former employees.HRIS System: support the team with the systems updates (Oracle cloud).Supporting IPC's People Programs: Professional Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Wellness, Reward and Recognition and more.Employee Experience: assist with planning of employee events, and support coordination of Town Halls and other initiatives for HR and the Executive Team.HR material: support review and development of internal HR materials and policies.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Collaborate closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition team.Provide international support and work collaboratively with the rest of the global HR colleagues.Taking initiatives and making proactive suggestions.

Desired Skills and Experience to be Successful in this Role:

Fluent in English.Must be willing to work from our Madrid office around 3 days per week.Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment.Comfortable managing multiple work streams and time-critical projects.Experience working in Human Resources in either the US or European Region.Experience working in fast-paced corporate environments.Exposure to Employment Law practices in the US or Europe.Experience using HRIS Systems, such as Oracle Cloud.Ability to be flexible in working hours, in line with department and employee needs.
