Desde Neinor Homes importante promotora inmobiliaria, buscamos Project Manager para nuestro equipo de MadridMisión:Velar por el proceso constructivo y hacer su seguimiento desde el comienzo de la Obrahasta la entrega al cliente final, cumpliendo los parámetros de plazo, precio,calidad y seguridad definidos por la Compañía.Funciones:-Representante de la promotora ante la empresa constructora y la dirección deobra.-Control en obra desde el inicio hasta el final de todo el proceso constructivo.-Implantación en obra de procedimientos de gestión, calidad y seguridad de laempresa.-Revisión del proyecto de obra con aplicación de aquellas modificaciones que seconsideren necesarias.- Supervisión de la ejecución del proyecto.- Control de certificaciones y monitoring de la empresa.-Control de planificación, plazos y costes de la obra.-Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad de lacompañía.-Gestiones ante terceros, compañías suministradoras e instituciones.- Responsable de la planificación y coordinación de los esfuerzos presupuestarios de proyecto tal y como están en el programa y ajustados a los requerimientos indicados por la Dirección de Obra.Requisitos:-Formación: Ingeniero/a y/o Arquitecto/a Técnico/a.-Experiencia consolidada en Supervisión y Seguimiento de Obras Residenciales a pie de obra.-Importante tener experiencia en Constructora como Jefe/a de Obra y/o Jefe/a de producción -Imprescindible perfil orientado a resultados, con gran capacidad de gestión eimplicación profesional.
