En Viajes Carrefour estamos en búsqueda de un Responsable de Business Travel, cuya misión principal será gestionar la cuenta de la agencia y de coordinar los viajes personales de empleados y viajes corporativos de la Dirección. Las principales funciones son las siguientes:Atención al cliente para asesoramiento y venta de viajes corporativos, vuelos, hoteles, paquete vacacional y otros servicios.Realización de las reservas a través del sistema, así como resolución de incidencias, cambios y cancelaciones.Gestión administrativa, facturación etc.Supervisión de la operativa de la agencia y de la plantilla de agentes, así como la formación de las nuevas incorporaciones.Supervisar el presupuesto mensual de la agencia y monitorizar las ventas de la misma.Impulsar y cumplir con estándares de servicio y metodologías propias de Viajes Carrefour.Requisitos mínimos: Formación mínima: FP o Licenciaturas Experiencia mínima de 2 - 3 años en agencias de viajes IMPLANT y VACACIONAL.Se valora experiencia en agencias de viajes o en puesto similar.Interés por viajar y buen trato con el cliente.Valoramos todas las candidaturas
