🔵 En CAPITOLE, seguimos creciendo y queremos hacerlo contigoBuscamos un Lead System Administrator con experiencia sólida en entornos on-premise y cloud (Azure/AWS), capaz de diseñar, implementar y administrar infraestructuras híbridas, automatizar procesos y garantizar la continuidad y seguridad de los sistemas críticos de la compañía.📌 La posición es híbrida, tres veces por semana a oficina en los alrededores de Barcelona.🛠️ Responsabilidades principales• Diseñar y mantener arquitecturas de infraestructura (on-premise + cloud). • Administrar servidores Windows y Linux, redes (SD-WAN, VPN, firewalls) y comunicaciones (LAN/WAN/WiFi). • Gestionar entornos Cloud (preferiblemente Azure) y automatizar despliegues con Terraform u otras herramientas IaC. • Velar por la seguridad, backups, RPO/RTO y planes de recuperación ante desastres (DRP). • Gestionar licencias, activos IT y cumplimiento normativo (ISO 27000, GDPR). • Participar en soporte de nivel 2/3 y coordinar proveedores externos. • Acompañar y hacer crecer a un equipo de 3 personas.🎓 Requisitos• +8 años como SysAdmin o Cloud Engineer. • Dominio de Windows, Linux, virtualización y redes. • Experiencia práctica en Azure y/o AWS. • Conocimientos en automatización (Terraform, Ansible, scripting). • Inglés alto (B2)🥳 ¿Por qué CAPITOLE?• Presupuesto individual de formación de 1200 € (idiomas, libros, certificaciones). 📚• Horario flexible. 🔄• Paquete de retribución flexible. 🥗• Grandes descuentos en centros deportivos (Wellhub). 🏀• Seguro médico privado gratuito. 👨⚕️• Revisiones mensuales con tu equipo para recibir feedback continuo. 📈• Team buildings. 🍻 No te puedes perder la Pool Party💧 ni nuestra cena de Navidad🎄• Descuentos en marcas internacionales para empleados (Club Capitole). 🛍️¿Aún no nos conoces?
