You will be the key point of contact for our client, answering inquiries, providing support, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring every family or partner enjoys a seamless and outstanding experience.Key Responsibilities:Respond to client inquiries with clarity, speed, and a solution-oriented mindset.Guide clients throughout their entire journey to guarantee an exceptional experience.Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and pass them to the sales team.Offer personalized solutions based on each client’s needs.Strengthen relationships with existing clients to prevent churn and increase satisfaction.Contribute actively to new client acquisition efforts.Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently explain and guide clients.Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations to improve processes and results.Required Skills & Experience:Previous experience in customer service, sales, customer success, or similar roles.Dynamic, solution-driven, and eager to grow within the commercial/sales department.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly.Ability to deeply understand the product and translate it into client solutions.Passion for sports and for working in a fast-growing environment.Professional Spanish and English (required).
