En Axial Structural Solutions somos una empresa de ingeniería y fabricación que construye estructuras sobre suelo y seguidores solares con sistemas de bloqueo para plantas solares y proyectos fotovoltaicos en todo el mundo. En este puesto de nueva creación, estamos buscando un/una Contract Manager especialista en la gestión de contratos de nuestro sector, que pueda intermediar con todas las partes involucradas, internas y externas. Serás un enlace clave en todo lo vinculado a la gestión de nuestros contratos.


📕¿Qué harías en tu día a día?


  • Discutir, redactar, revisar y negociar los términos de los contratos comerciales.
  • Realizar seguimiento de contratos desde el punto de vista legal/contractual en relación con el cumplimiento de las condiciones pactadas.
  • Hacer reclamaciones a subcontratistas, proveedores y clientes, redactando cartas e incluyendo referencias específicas a hechos y cláusulas contractuales.
  • Envío de comunicaciones. Seguimiento de la correspondencia de reclamaciones.
  • Apoyar en el proceso previo al arbitraje o cualquier proceso de disputa relevante.
  • Gestionar las NO conformidades con los subcontratistas, proveedores y clientes. Redactar cartas e incluir referencias específicas a hechos y cláusulas contractuales.
  • Hacer seguimiento de la correspondencia de no conformidades.
  • Realiza la gestión de las fianzas/avales: recepción, comprobación y conservación de copias y seguimiento de la validez y las extensiones/renovaciones.
  • Apoyar a los Project Director y a los gestores de calidad en relación con los documentos de calidad (certificados, etc.).
  • Apoyar a los Project Director en la preparación de informes y planificación regulares del proyecto.
  • Actuar como el principal punto de contacto con el departamento legal y Project Director.
  • Gestionar renovaciones de contratos, órdenes de modificación, etc.
  • Mitigar los riesgos contractuales organizacionales junto con el departamento legal.
  • Asegurarse de que los contratos se redacten, negocien y ejecuten de acuerdo con los requisitos organizativos de Axial Sistemas Solares.
  • Acordar presupuestos y plazos con los clientes, subcontratistas y proveedores.


🤝 ¿Qué debes tener para que hagas un match perfecto con Axial?

  • Grado en Ingeniería o Derecho
  • Conocimientos y experiencia de 2 años mínimo como Contract Manager o similar (idealmente en el sector)
  • Manejo paquete office
  • Disponibilidad para realizar viajes internacionales de manera puntual
  • Nivel alto de inglés (si tienes otro idioma como francés, italiano y/o portugues es un plus)
