The Opportunity

A new opportunity has become available within our expanding Finance Team, supporting the business by building and documenting procedures across finance administration streams, primarily PTP.

You will develop a good understanding of the business process and support the business in its adoption of process management as part of embedding and developing the process framework.

In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, you will provide regular support to a broad range of work including analysing business controls and their effectiveness in the new ways of working post-project Symphony, agreeing mitigating actions, and reporting findings to the head of Finance administration.

Role Accountabilities
  • Assist with documentation of processes: process flows, quick reference guides (QRG), SOPs, walkthroughs, and standard business templates
  • Support development and adoption of business processes, collaborating with local teams to ensure understanding and correct application
  • Support onboarding and training colleagues on process tools
  • Provide ongoing technical support for process mapping activities and ensure adherence to processes
  • Support finance department (PTP) and stakeholders with communication of processes before and after ERP/financial system go-live
  • Maintain effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Your Skills & Experience
  • Experience in process mapping and tooling (essential)
  • Basic experience in a control environment with SOX and/or SOP requirements
  • Ability to adopt new tools, platforms, and technologies supporting process excellence
  • Become a super-user of business processes and assist in onboarding colleagues
  • Confidence in delivering demos and training
  • Strong system skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and take initiative
