Your Mission

As an Expert, you will act as a subject-matter "teacher" for the model:

  • Write and solve problems in your domain of study.
  • Design rubrics to define perfect answers.
  • Grade model outputs, identifying gaps in logic, ethics, or clarity.
  • Coach the model to self-evaluate, reason step-by-step, and unlock creativity.

You will collaborate with fellow expert trainers, quality analysts, and AI researchers—directly shaping how AI understands and reasons in your field.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate Degree in any domain (PhD or Masters).
  • Native-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
  • Experience in university teaching or high-level tutoring.
  • Specialized industry experience.

A Typical Day

  • Data creation – authoring and solving domain-specific problems.
  • Model assessment – scoring answers and refining evaluation criteria.
  • Instruction refinement – rewriting prompts for efficiency.
  • Quality & ethics reviews – flagging bias, inaccuracies, or unsafe content.
  • Info syncs – participating in stand-ups or workshops on new campaigns and findings.
