supporting orders from start to finish. With your proactive communication and solution-driven mindset, you
strengthen customer loyalty and contribute directly to the success of our B2B partnerships.
Supporting our international customers as a friendly and competent partner
Acting as the link between customers, the sales team, and internal departments
Monitoring incoming orders and processing customer inquiries in a timely manner
Organizing promotions, product assortments, price lists, and sales reports
Assisting the Regional Director South with all sales activities
Actively shaping and optimizing internal processes within Customer Service
First relevant professional experience in customer service or a similar field
Fluent Spanish speaker with excellent English skills; Portuguese knowledge isa plus
Confident handling of MS Office; The chance to be part of a global market leader with over 35 years of success in Europe
