We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Manager to join our Global Product Management Organization, reporting directly to our Head of Global Product Pricing.
The Pricing Manager will play a critical role in structuring what we sell, how and at what price, while balancing the short and long-term success of the business. The team has responsibility for defining strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize customer value.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute pricing strategies in collaboration with GTM, Analytics, Engineering, and Finance teams.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional organizations to ensure alignment on pricing goals and objectives.
- Deliver proactive analyses and insights to inform pricing decisions and drive business results.
- Collaborate with leaders to craft new business models, define monetization strategies, and optimize pricing and packaging for existing products and solutions.
- 2+ years of experience developing and implementing pricing strategies in the enterprise software industry (SaaS).
- Strong data modeling and analytical skills, with expertise in statistics and causal inference.
- Ability to write efficient and clean Python code, with proficiency in SQL.
- Analytical rigor and the ability to make data digestible to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of value-based pricing methodologies and understanding of enterprise software sales cycles.
