YOUR TASKS:

  • Working together as part of the Service KAM Team, reporting to Director Global Service KAM, the Global Service Analyst is responsible for analyzing service strategic initiatives, identifying new business opportunities.
  • You would work closely transversally with all service areas, operation, sales, legal and Technical Departments to develop various strategies in very close alignment with senior executives.
  • Propose pricing and quotes covering escalation topics of customers to avoid court cases specifications and perform cost calculation for both commercial or operational topics.
  • Coordinate the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments.
  • Research and analyze historical data, develop cost models to support proposal efforts.
  • Participate in should-cost and pricing reviews with management and customer representatives.
  • Support the settlement negotiation.
  • Close alignment with senior executives to understand and prepare the corresponding analysis.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Engineering Degree or similar.
  • 10 years experience in Service Backoffice.
  • Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proactive person, great team player and humble person.
  • Result-oriented, resilient, responsible and organized person.
  • Empathic person and able to find win-win compromises.
