Tienes experiencia liderando equipos y una pasión por el sector del lujo? Desde Nortempo RRHH estamos en búsqueda de un / a Store Manager para exclusiva tienda, quien será responsable de garantizar una experiencia de compra excepcional y la gestión óptima del negocio.

Funciones :

  • Liderar y motivar al equipo de ventas para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.
  • Garantizar un servicio al cliente impecable, alineado con los estándares de la marca.
  • Gestionar el inventario, la reposición de productos y el control de stock.
  • Supervisar la presentación visual de la tienda, asegurando una imagen impecable.
  • Analizar el desempeño de ventas y proponer estrategias de mejora.
  • Coordinar con otros departamentos para garantizar el éxito de la tienda.
  • Formación y desarrollo del equipo.
  • Experiencia previa en gestión de tiendas, preferiblemente en el sector lujo o retail.
  • Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y atención al cliente.
  • Capacidad para gestionar equipos, motivar y optimizar el rendimiento del personal.
  • Conocimientos en análisis de ventas y estrategias comerciales.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios comerciales y fines de semana.
