Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in the development of Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in technology applied to marketing and customer relationship management. We are seeking a Salesforce Architect.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data architecture roadmaps, including scope, prioritization, and delivery timelines, while addressing technical debt.
  • Create architectural solutions encompassing technology and services, ensuring security, license management, and alignment with enterprise standards, covering product, integration, and architecture domains.
  • Review and ensure the quality of solutions to meet business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for product innovation and quick wins that benefit the business.
  • Support testing phases, ensuring compliance with acceptance criteria, and address risks related to security and licensing.
  • Lead and mentor teams within Omega's communities of practice, sharing expertise and fostering capabilities in business, technical, and product architecture.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years in roles such as Salesforce Technical Lead or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of platform functionalities, development, and project management methodologies.
  • Experience as a solutions architect, contributing to strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans for large-scale projects.
  • Proven track record working across the project lifecycle with external vendors and teams.
  • Ability to evaluate vendor proposals and advocate for cost-effective solutions.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing business information and client processes.
  • Proficiency in core application technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to enhance services and customer experience.
