Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is a leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in technology applied to marketing and customer relationship management, focusing on innovation. We are seeking a Salesforce Architect.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Shape data architecture roadmaps, identifying scope, prioritization, delivery timelines, and addressing technical debt.
  2. Develop architectural solutions encompassing technology and services, considering security, license management, and aligning with enterprise standards.
  3. Review and ensure quality of solutions to meet business needs and strategic vision.
  4. Identify and propose product innovations, driving quick wins and benefits aligned with the roadmap.
  5. Support testing processes, ensuring compliance, security, and quality standards are met.
  6. Lead and mentor within Omega's communities of practice, fostering technical and business growth.
Experience and Skills:
  1. Minimum 4 years as a Salesforce Technical Lead or similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge of platform functionality, development, and project lifecycle management.
  3. Experience in solution architecture, strategy, and large-scale project delivery.
  4. Ability to analyze vendor proposals and advocate cost-effective solutions.
  5. Proficiency in English.
  6. Experience in gathering and interpreting business processes and information.
  7. Technical proficiency with core application technologies.
  8. Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to enhance services and customer experience.
