¿Cómo será tu día a día?

Como Management Trainee, tendrás la capacidad de tomar decisiones que afectarán tanto a tu carrera como a tu equipo. Irás ganando responsabilidad a medida que crezcas en la compañía, desarrollando y manteniendo relaciones comerciales. Controlarás costes, interpretarás la cuenta de resultados de tu oficina y crearás estrategias para mejorar los resultados financieros.

Te enseñaremos a comunicarte, influir e interactuar de manera efectiva con clientes, proveedores y compañeros. Aprenderás técnicas de venta, resolución de problemas y gestión de conflictos. Comprenderás la importancia de ofrecer un servicio excepcional, que impactará en los resultados de tu oficina. También aprenderás a liderar, gestionar y formar a tu equipo para convertirte en un/a manager de éxito en Enterprise.

Algunas de las funciones son:
  • Trabajar para lograr los objetivos y KPIs establecidos, tanto individuales como de la oficina.
  • Aprender el funcionamiento del mercado de servicios de movilidad.
  • Gestionar contratos de alquiler y reservas.
  • Involucrarse en la gestión de ventas de la oficina.
  • Verificar el estado de los vehículos en entrega y recogida.
  • Desarrollar relaciones comerciales con concesionarios, talleres y otros negocios locales.
  • Gestionar la cuenta de resultados de la oficina.
¿Qué buscamos en ti?
  • Preferible experiencia en atención al cliente y orientación comercial.
  • Estudios de grado universitario finalizados.
  • Flexibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y/o turnos rotativos.
  • Permiso de residencia en la UE.
  • Movilidad geográfica, con paquete de recolocación y oportunidades de promoción.
  • Salario inicial de 20K-23K brutos, con potencial de 40K-50K y vehículo de empresa como Branch Manager en unos 2 años.
