Le Mini Macaron products are sold globally through retailers like Sephora, ULTA, Target, ASOS, Zalando, Douglas, Primor, and more.
About the Role We seek an experienced Senior Manager - Brand & Communications to drive our brand growth in the US market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic marketing initiatives within the US market and a proven track record of driving brand growth through innovative strategies, market insights, and cross-functional team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Global Marketing Director in executing the global strategic roadmap.
- Lead and manage a team of marketers, developing and leading the US market's communications strategy and 360 marketing plan.
- Maintain brand consistency and positioning across all channels, ensuring resonance with the US audience.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver on annual plans and KPIs.
- Analyze campaign results, providing debriefs and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee social media management, content planning, community engagement, and growth across platforms.
Our Ideal Candidate has at least 6-8+ years of experience in brand and communication roles, preferably in the beauty or CPG industry. They should be native or fluent in American English, knowledgeable of US culture and trends, and have experience working in CPG in the US. Additionally, they should have over 3 years of people management experience, deep understanding of the US beauty mass-market landscape, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
