Role Overview :

As part of the Design Studio, you will be responsible for bringing Qonto's brand visuals to life and driving high engagement in a multicultural environment.

As a guardian of the brand, you will ensure that Qonto's identity not only aligns with global standards but also resonates deeply with local market nuances.

Collaborating with local marketing teams, you'll craft memorable one-off events, create engaging content to animate communities, and co-develop editorial visuals for channels like newsletters and platforms like TikTok. Your work will reach hundreds of thousands, elevating our marketing assets across eight markets : France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Austria, and Belgium.

You will work closely with Eduardo, our Brand Design Team Lead, to create impactful designs that enhance brand awareness and support marketing efforts.

Responsibilities :

• Manage event design projects from concept to delivery, including teasers, booth designs, activation, merchandising, flyers, and post-event communications;
• Coordinate with local marketing stakeholders across markets to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions;
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to support design trade-offs and align with business objectives;
• Contribute to improving our design system, library, and standards to scale solutions across markets and assets.

About Your Future Manager :

Eduardo is a multidisciplinary branding expert leading the Marketing Brand Design Team, with extensive experience across industries. He aims to inspire his team to craft visuals that are both meaningful and coherent, supporting various brand assets and initiatives.

About You :

• Over four years of multidisciplinary design experience, strong technical skills, and fluency in English;
• Ability to create compelling visual narratives across digital and physical touchpoints;
• Experience designing for events and managing stakeholder relationships;
• Nice to have : proficiency in German and skills in Artificial Intelligence.
