JOB PURPOSE:
As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Cybersecurity Security Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. Are you a seasoned IT security professional with a passion for protecting critical information assets? In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our IT security infrastructure, ensuring the effective implementation and management of security measures to safeguard our organization from cyber threats. The Cybersecurity Security Operations Lead is therefore overseeing that the IT security framework will be defined, focusing on incident response plans and processes and how the newly stood up IC organisation will operate with these IT security principles on a day to day basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and maintain security tools and technologies.
  • Lead the response to security incidents and conduct post-incident analysis.
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT security professionals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to security.
  • Train and test IC organization on IT security and policies.
  • Ensure Unilever IT security framework and guidelines are upheld and adhered to within TSA phase.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Strong knowledge of IT security principles and technologies.
  • Proficiency with security tools (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Degree in Information Technology/Cyber Security, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT security operations.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are highly desirable.
