Procurement Operations Manager Assistant Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Procurement Operations Manager Assistant. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Procurement Operations manager and team, overseeing European Ice Cream Operational activities. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of raw materials, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to service- and quality improvement projects with main suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot issues across various aspects of European IC Operations.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of raw materials to ice cream co-manufacturers and factories.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Support colleagues in service- and quality improvement projects with main suppliers.
  • Provide data required due to new Brexit regulations for raw materials.
  • Contribute to the European resilience program for raw and packaging materials.
  • Collaborate with key suppliers to drive long-term resilience and supply security.
  • Built a strong network within the company and with main suppliers of materials.
  • Think innovatively to turn issues into opportunities for supply chain improvement.
  • Coordinate financial claims raised at suppliers.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in FMCG.
  • English language skills.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Effective trouble shooter - able to remain calm in times of crisis.
