Business Development Manager (Recreational Boating Sector) IME Talent is looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for our client in the recreational boating sector.

Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our company into the next phase of growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the marine industry, experience in scaling a manufacturing business, and a passion for sustainable technologies. The Business Development Manager will oversee all aspects of business development, operations, marketing, and financial performance while driving the company's vision of creating zero-emission boats.

Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's vision, including market expansion, product development, and innovation.

Operations Management : Oversee daily operations, ensure production efficiency, and maintain quality standards in line with the company's sustainability goals.

Sales & Marketing : Lead the marketing and sales strategy to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and market share in the eco-friendly boat industry.

Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure profitability and long-term growth. Product Development : Collaborate with engineering and design teams to innovate and enhance our range of hydrogen-powered boats, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer expectations.

Business Development : Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior management role, preferably in the marine industry or related sectors.

Excellent understanding of business functions (sales, marketing, operations, and finance).

Demonstrated experience in scaling a business, leading teams, and managing operational growth.

Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasts, and business models.

Background in international business development and supply chain management.
