Program Overview

The Desigual Young Talent Program is a 12-month professional development opportunity in departments such as Merchandising. We are looking for individuals with a university degree and professional experience who can contribute to our growth.

What We Offer

Key Responsibilities
  1. Demand Planning: Analyze historical sales data, purchase budgets, commercial initiatives, and planned events to define aggregate demand forecasts across channels and product categories.
  2. Purchase Budget Management: Support the definition and management of the Global Purchase Budget for all channels.
  3. Stock Management: Monitor and optimize stock levels from purchase orders to their arrival at Points of Sale (POS), coordinating with relevant areas.
  4. Budget and KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators to detect deviations and define corrective actions with the appropriate teams.
Requirements
  • A university degree with professional experience.
  • Creative, proactive individuals willing to generate changes and propose innovative solutions.
  • Sensitivity to the fashion and retail sector.
  • Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas.
  • High level of English; other languages are a plus.
  • Immediate incorporation.
