In this new edition of the Desigual Young Talent Program you will have the opportunity to develop professionally in the Marketing Department as a Partnerships Specialist, among others, for 12 months.Are you in?What do we offer you?Paid annual scholarship of €1,000 net per month and 18 days holiday.Training and 12-month internship agreement with The Power MBA.4-day work-week: we work 34 hours within a 4-day work-week to promote creativity and work-life balance.

Other languages are a plus.Immediate incorporationWhat will your role be?Public Relations:Collaborate with the team to manage key relationships with influencers, celebrities, and stylists, ensuring maximum impact.Identify new PR opportunities and collaborations for Desigual.Support the organization of events and brand activations (fashion shows, collection launches, meetings, etc.
).Contribute to the success of the communications team by monitoring, analyzing, and preparing regular presentations to communicate PR outcomes, optimizing based on these results.Maintain and update the influencer, celebrity, and stylist database.Assist in coordinating with external PR agencies.Press:Support new collection launches by preparing all assets.Prepare detailed media activity reports and press reviews.Assist in drafting press releases, translations, press kit preparation, and distribution.Manage and update the press database to ensure it is current and optimized.Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from key media contacts, providing clear, accurate information.Showroom:Coordinate the showroom with team members and external PR agencies.Manage sample requests, logistics, and shipments for media shoots and influencer, celebrity, and stylist loans.Be proactive in exploring different styling and dressing opportunities
