Přehled pozice: Vedení týmu zástupců pro distribuci na území subregionu. Zodpovědnost za související prodejní aktivity jednotlivých osob v rámci subregionu. Poskytování podpory prodeje pro přidělené portfolio produktů a služeb. Zodpovědnost za prodejní strategie, plánování účtů, prognózy a růst rezervací spojených s portfoliem produktů a služeb Flowserve v rámci subregionu.

Požadavky:

- Převést vizi společnosti Flowserve do realizovatelných strategií s jasnými cíli a výsledky pro vaši organizaci
- Rozvíjet pracovní vztahy v rámci partnerské organizace založené na důvěře
- Spojení mezi distributory a obchodním vedením společnosti Flowserve za účelem koordinace pokrytí, rozhodování o kanálech a strategiích FLS
- Zajišťovat, aby partneři vynakládali maximální úsilí a realizovali v přiděleném teritoriu produkty, programy a vztahy prostřednictvím průběžného hodnocení a vyhodnocování výkonnosti s využitím procesu Distributor Sales Plan a zajišťovat vypracování konkrétních strategií pro dosažení růstových cílů
- Spolupracovat s manažery pro rozvoj obchodu na strategiích, příležitostech a nápadech na vývoj produktů a/nebo akvizice
- Zajistit, aby týmy vzájemně konstruktivně komunikovaly a společně dosahovaly maximálních příjmů, a zároveň usilovat o poskytování lepších hodnotových nabídek našim distributorům a koncovým uživatelům
- Zajistit průběžnou aktualizaci všech systémů pro správu nabídek a proaktivně poskytovat včasné odhady
- identifikovat klíčové příležitosti a rizika související s vašimi prognózami
- Rozvíjejte talentované vedoucí pracovníky; zajistěte atmosféru, ve které je neustálé školení a vzdělávání normou; a udržujte vysoce výkonné spolupracovníky
- Plně a efektivně plňte poslání týmu tím, že budete vést všechny spolupracovníky k odpovědnosti za jejich povinnosti
- Používejte klíčové ukazatele jako primární mechanismus pro sledování výkonnosti a řízení efektivního plnění úkolů
- Vypracovávat prodejní plány a cíle podpořené přesnou prognózou trhu a poptávky a dostupných příležitostí.
- Zaměřte organizaci na interní i externí zákazníky, aby byl tým vnímán jako pohotový, spolehlivý, konzistentní a nápomocný při nabízení řešení
- Jděte příkladem a zajistěte, aby zaměstnanci pracovali jako soudržný tým s pozitivním přístupem, který dokáže pracovat
- Široce a efektivně předávat informace k prosazování týmových a obchodních cílů s cílem posílit vztahy a přenášet obchodní znalosti napříč různými jednotkami a kulturami
- Analyzovat, interpretovat a sdělovat tržní trendy, podmínky a aktivity prostřednictvím týdenní zprávy o činnosti
- Působit v rámci organizace jako advokát distributorů
- Řídit výdaje profesionálním a finančně odpovědným způsobem
- Řídit podporu klíčových finančních cílů, včetně práce na dosažení ročních cílů AR, cílů v oblasti zásob, cílů OTP, kontroly výdajů a celkové provozní dokonalosti

Váš profil:

- Velmi dobré, právně vyhovující písemné a mluvené znalosti angličtiny
- Vysoká ochota cestovat
- Čtení, analýza a interpretace nejsložitějších dokumentů
- Profesionální a na řešení orientované řešení stížností a v oblasti řešení konfliktů
- Silné a nezávislé strategické myšlení, vynalézavost, jakož i plánovací schopnosti pro dosažení obchodních cílů společnosti a globálního zákaznického programu
- Pokročilé zkušenosti a dovednosti v oblasti prodeje a rozvoje/akvizice obchodu, jakož i silné analytické a na řešení orientované dovednosti
- Metodika Callenger pro přizpůsobení nových procesů a vytváření hodnot, jakož i pokročilé dovednosti v oblasti řešení problémů
- Efektivní komunikace se zákazníky a obchodními skupinami společnosti Flowserve na různých organizačních úrovních
- Předpokládá se vysokoškolské vzdělání v oboru strojírenství nebo obchodní administrativy nebo patnáct let relevantní praxe a/nebo školení; nebo odpovídající kombinace vzdělání a praxe
