The Role:
• Utilize APA automation tool for efficient invoice processing
• Review correspondence and exception inbox
• Data entry into payable systems
• Process vendor invoices and credit memos
• Assist in recording expenditures
• Collaborate with AP Accounting team and other SSC departments
• Handle communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Address complex issues with AP Supervisor and/or AP Manager
• Participate in various projects and tasks assigned by the company
• Work closely with APAdvantage owner (PNC) and JBT IT teams
• Analyze and process advanced payment invoices

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance; or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2 years in related roles
Experience in Accounts Payable and financial systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Languages:
Proficient in both Spanish and English

Desired Skills:
Knowledge of AP operational processes
Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Internal control competence
Strong written and verbal English skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Great customer service and teamwork skills

Location and Schedule:
Based in Madrid with occasional travel within Europe or the USA
