En habitissimo somos un equipo dinámico, formado por personas creativas e innovadoras que trabajan codo a codo con el fin de enamorar a nuestros clientes y buscamos nuevo/a CTO para que nos ayude a liderar el éxito de nuestra plataforma tecnológica liderando al equipo multifuncional responsable de ella.

- Tus funciones y responsabilidades serán:

  • Gestión y coordinación de las distintas áreas del equipo técnico (desarrollo, móvil, sistemas, operaciones y seguridad) y de infraestructura, asegurando los recursos necesarios y eliminando los obstáculos para la consecución de los objetivos.
  • Definir la estrategia tecnológica: mantener, desarrollar y evolucionar la dirección de la estrategia tecnológica de la empresa, proveyendo de los recursos técnicos necesarios para implementar las estrategias de Experiência del usuario que mejor encaje tengan con los objetivos a largo plazo de la compañía.
  • Identificar los objetivos y métricas claves para el negocio. Trasladar los requerimientos del negocio en soluciones técnicas.
  • Garantizar que la tecnología tenga un impacto claro en las principales métricas de negocio. Poner la tecnología al servicio de las necesidades de negocio, manteniendo al equipo orientado y responsable de los resultados.
  • Habilitar a los equipos y a las personas para la mejora continua de la productividad y hacer seguimiento de las métricas relacionadas
  • Trabajar para la mejora de componentes core de la plataforma en relación con la confiabilidad, la extracción de datos y la experiência de usuario. Proponer cambios y mejoras en la arquitectura de la plataforma, garantizando un alto retorno.
  • Trabajar en la escalabilidad de la plataforma para soportar el crecimiento del negocio. Diseñar e implementar soluciones técnicas que a largo plazo resulten simples y fáciles de mantener.
  • Asegurar que toda la actividad de Tecnología cumpla con la regulación legal y las pautas corporativas (estandarización, protección, protección y mantenimiento de sistemas, control de riesgos), con especial sensibilidad con la Ciberseguridad.
  • Elaborar, establecer y controlar el presupuesto del departamento. Supervisión de la ejecución del presupuesto. Gestionar la relación con los proveedores y optimizar los recursos existentes.
  • Ayudar a las personas a que puedan crecer profesionalmente y formar nuevas generaciones de líderes para las distintas áreas de tecnología.
  • Atraer, seleccionar, desarrollar y retener el talento técnico.
  • Supervisar los distintos proyectos satélites de tecnología.
  • Promover e impulsar iniciativas para la mejora de la calidad (tests, revisiones de código, procesos de equipo ).
  • Por eso buscamos a alguien como tú:
  • Con al menos 5 años de experiência liderando equipos de alto rendimiento en áreas de tecnología y supervisando / siendo responsable de su presupuesto.
  • Capaz de realizar múltiples tareas con éxito en entornos retadores, con espíritu emprendedor y preferencia por el trabajo en equipo.
  • Con buenas aptitudes comunicativas, capaz de expresar ideas de manera clara, concisa y lógica con sólidas habilidades de presentación oral y escrita.
  • Formación universitaria, preferentemente en Ingeniería Informática.
  • Experiência trabajando con metodologías ágiles
  • Altas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas complejos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.
  • Pensamiento creativo.
  • Alta exigencia por la calidad y atención a los detalles.
  • Nível alto de inglés (lenguaje de negocios, uso diario).

  • Experiência en gestión y desarrollo de equipos presenciales o deslocalizados.
  • Procedes del mundo digital, ya sea en marketplaces, agencias de viajes, ecommerce o medios digitales en general.
