Funciones a desempeñar:
Gestión de proyectos estratégicos sostenibles de los activos, redacción de informes y propuestas Gestión de la ejecución y consecución de los objetivos sostenibles de los activos Elaboración de OPEX y CAPEX en función a la estrategia sostenible y necesidades de los activos Elaboración de certificados ESG del sector inmobiliario, CEE, Breeam En Uso, LEED O+M, Well, etc Conocimiento y gestión de mantenimientos e inspecciones por OCA acorde a las instalaciones de los edificios Conocimiento de las legalizaciones necesarias para que un activo inmobiliario pueda ser explotado Principios del sector del
Project Management:
