About the role


As a
optiQa Ambassador, you will be one of the dynamic and experienced Optical Retail Product Ambassadors in our team.

Your will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful launch and ongoing performance of our optiQa product in retail stores.


What challenges you'll solve

  • Demonstrate toptier sales skills to promote and sell optical retail products effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and determine the best deals for customers using strong quantitative skills.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of optical retail products and the role of the optician.
  • Stay updated with product information and industry trends.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and training sessions to various audiences (oneonone and group settings).
  • Adapt communication styles to suit different employee types and lead them towards achieving sales targets.
  • Utilize Microsoft management tools efficiently for reporting, planning, and followup activities.
  • Embrace technology and systems to streamline processes and enhance performance.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor the Ambassadors (Coaches) program to ensure successful product launches.
  • Track and report on program progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Address challenges and obstacles creatively to achieve desired results.
  • Develop innovative strategies to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Work effectively within a team environment, building connections and fostering a collaborative spirit.
  • Exhibit humility while being clear, concise, and strict when necessary to maintain standards and achieve goals.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in diverse environments and adapt to different geographical locations.
  • Maintain a positive mindset and high energy level, inspiring others and contributing to a positive work culture.

What you'll need

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a sales representative in an optical retail store.
  • Good understanding of optical retail products and the role of the optician.
  • Proven track record as a top performer in sales.
  • Native level of Spanish and advanced level of English.
  • Experience with new product or project launches is a plus.
  • Prior experience in coaching or training responsibilities is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various aud
