About the role As a optiQa Sales Trainer, you will be one of the firsts to jointhe dynamic and experienced Optical Retail Product Ambassador programin our team.

Your will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful launch and ongoing performance of our optiQa product in retail stores.

Provide exceptional customer service and determine the best deals for customers using strong quantitative skills.
Maintain a thorough understanding of optical retail products and the role of the optician.
Stay updated with product information and industry trends.
Deliver compelling presentations and training sessions to various audiences (one-on-one and group settings).
Adapt communication styles to suit different employee types and lead them towards achieving sales targets.
Utilize Microsoft management tools efficiently for reporting, planning, and follow-up activities.
Embrace technology and systems to streamline processes and enhance performance.
Plan, implement, and monitor the Ambassadors (Coaches) program to ensure successful product launches.
Track and report on program progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Address challenges and obstacles creatively to achieve desired results.
Develop innovative strategies to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
Work effectively within a team environment, building connections and fostering a collaborative spirit.

What you'll need ????????

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of optical retail products or similar products, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to effectively communicate, interact, and manage different types of resources, both internal and from clients.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a sales representative in an optical retail store.
Good understanding of optical retail products and the role of the optician.
Proven track record as a top performer in sales.
Native level of Spanish and advanced level of English.
Experience with new product or project launches is a plus.
Prior experience in coaching or training responsibilities is a plus.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other management tools.
Experience in program management, including planning, follow-up, and reporting.
Strong quantitative skills, comfortable with performing calculations in real-time.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and creativity in achieving targets.
Approachable personality with high energy levels and a positive mindset.
Team player capable of building connections and fostering collaboration.
Humble yet clear, concise, and strict when necessary.
Winning attitude with a never-give-up approach, always finding new solutions to problems.
