_Veeva Vault Consultant_", that will offer service in the outsourcing area to our multinational pharmaceutical client.
TASKS:
- Requirement evaluation and discussion
- Development Configuration and Testing
- Deployments
- Technical Documentation
- Consultancy
- Configuration, troubleshooting and modification of lifecycle and workflow.
- Vault object and object record creation.
- Creation of customized reports as per business requirements.
- Define and design as a developer new MRL/NTA workflows process aligning with Business needs in DAM Agile framework.
- Training and demo of new features, and usage of content within the different platforms of Veeva.
SKILLS:
- Experience in Veeva Vault Administration in PromoMats and MedComms
- Handson expertise in configuring Veeva Vault
- IT experience in Software Development, Administration and Support.
- Experienced in Veeva Vault MLR Processes.
- Experience in providing support to running operations and/or project delivery.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a technology or life science field
- Understanding of life sciences content management principles, types, and taxonomies
- Technical mindset
- Should be able to effectively coordinate with all stakeholders (crossfunctional teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and customerfocus mindset.
- Experienced with various tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Visio, etc
- Agile Methodology
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with a broad matrix team and ability to influence others and achieve results.
- Experienced in incident management and problemsolving.
Preferred Skills:
- Veeva Vault Certified Admin (plus)
- Veeva White Belt Certification (plus)
SCHEDULE:
- 08/09h 17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
- 1 day of office work | 4 days by remote.
- Possibility of working 100% remotely.
