En este puesto, deberás:
- Gestionar una cartera de proyectos desde la entrega hasta la fase de garantía
- Supervisar proyectos de alta prioridad/complejos que requieran importantes recursos e integración funcional
- Dirigir y gestionar equipos de proyecto, coordinación de socios y grupos de trabajo
- Apoyar a los clientes en todas las fases del proyecto e identificar oportunidades para mejorar los márgenes del proyecto y la satisfacción del cliente.
- Desarrollar calendarios, planes de acción y presupuestos de proyectos, y reunirse con contratistas y clientes para garantizar que el proyecto se completa según lo previsto.
- Planificar y controlar los resultados del proyecto y gestionar su alcance y el control de cambios.
Para tener éxito en este puesto, lo ideal es que aportes:
- Titulación en Ingeniería Industrial u Organización Industrial. Se valorará la certificación CAMP o PMP.
- 12 años de experiência demostrable en el ciclo de vida y técnicas de gestión de proyectos
- Conocimiento de las condiciones generales de los contratos ferroviarios
- Experiência con herramientas de programación de proyectos y trabajo en entornos de mantenimiento
- Gran capacidad de análisis de sistemas y experiência en gestión de equipos multifuncionales
- Capacidad para identificar y abordar riesgos, cuestiones y problemas bajo presión
- Excelentes dotes de gestión del tiempo y capacidad multitarea
- Gran capacidad de comunicación y gestión de personal en un entorno multicultural y multilingüe.
- Excelentes dotes de comunicación escrita y oral en inglés, valorándose el alemán.
- Capacidad para realizar viajes de corta duración (de 2 a 10 días) en función de las necesidades
