Para la división de Diagnostic Grifols, líder en el desarrollo de instrumentación y reactivos (sistemas sofisticados para análisis clínicos), en dependencia del Área de Global Procurement.
Se precisa la incorporación de un/a Ingeniero/a de Compras.Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades Desarrollar la estrategia de abastecimiento de las Categorías, teniendo en cuenta la tipología y el impacto de ésta en la empresa, aplicando el planteamiento más adecuado en cada una de ellas y minimizando los riesgos de suministro mediante una evaluación de riesgos adecuada.
Establecer, con la ayuda del Head of Procurement & Business Partners y los Category Manager corporativos, estrategias de Procurement para cada una de las categorías de gasto que le han sido asignadas.
Gestionar las relaciones con proveedores clave nacionales e internacionales, promoviendo relaciones de largo plazo que maximizan la ventaja competitiva dentro de una estrategia de categoría a medio plazo.
Planificar y seleccionar los proveedores conjuntamente con los departamentos implicados, y tras ello ejecutar procesos de negociación con éstos.Analizar la información de forma proactiva para identificar posibles oportunidades de mejora teniendo en cuenta el alcance de Compras, siempre con el objetivo de optimizar costes y procesos.
Buscar, identificar y proponer palancas de optimización de las categorías asignadas.Mantener las relaciones contractuales y comerciales con los proveedores. Negociar las condiciones, garantizando las mejores condiciones en térmicos de precio, calidad, servicio, TCO y sostenibilidad.
Responsabilizarse de la prospección, búsqueda y negociación con proveedores, recopilando y gestionando información de todo tipo respecto a los mismos:
catálogo de servicios y productos que puede ofertar cada uno, relación calidad-precio, tiempos de entrega, fiabilidad y reputación en el sector, situación financiera, etc., negociando y pactando las necesidades de suministro Quien eres Dispones del Grado en ADE, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o similar.
Se valorará formación específica en Compras.Cuentas con una experiencia mínima de 5 años en departamento de compras, preferiblemente realizando compras directas en el sector industrial o farmacéutico.
Dispones de un nivel de inglés mínimo de C1 (Advanced). Dominio de paquete office avanzado y SAP.Se valorarán conocimientos en herramientas asociadas a Procurement Analytics (SIEVO u otros), Category Management, Spend Analysis, ESG, Risk Assessment u otros.
