Control/Seguimiento y llegar al objetivo de margen total:

obviamente el negocio a de ser "sano" y como tal los Ingresos tienen que ser mayores que los Gastos.

Tenemos que vender y mucho, pero con un margen equilibrado y positivo.

Seguimiento mercado/estrategia de la categoría:

trabajar muy de la mano con el equipo, en especial con el Assortment donde se define conjuntamente la estrategia en base al análisis de mercado (GFK) y detectando nuevas oportunidades de mercado/ventas.


La estrategia se base en el primer objetivo:
incremento cuota de mercado

2 Negociación con la Industria:
contacto diario con las principales marcas.

Una vez definida la estrategia el PM es el responsable de transmitirla con el fin de conseguir los objetivos al igual que asegurar que el margen es el correcto.3.


Contacto con mkt/pricing y back office:
seguramente la parte más operativa de nuestro día a día:a. Comprobar que toda la información que sale en folleto es correcta. Paginación/ofertas/PVP.b. Seguimiento Pricing diario VS competencia.c. Pasar todas las aportaciones al equipo de Back Office.
Tu perfilConocimientos profesionales.-
  • Pasión por las ventas.

  • Titulo universitario o grado superior en ADE o similar.
