About the SAP Internship Experience Program

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP's global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students seeking purposeful careers with hands-on experience in their chosen field. At SAP, you gain:

What you'll do

As a Sales Development Intern, your primary role is to:

Support the team in building a robust pipeline and uncover new opportunities for our field sales organization within SuccessFactors as part of the Human Experience Management (HXM) field. Be the connecting link between sales and marketing departments, helping develop both inbound and outbound leads, profiling accounts before pitching this information to our field sales colleagues. Build pipeline by setting qualified meetings with prospects for our Account Executives. Identify target accounts, profile and engage key decision makers and influencers via phone, email, LinkedIn using innovative digital tools and technologies. Develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects. Meet daily activity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

What you bring

We are looking for an Intern who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and has an innate curiosity. Someone who:

Enjoys working on meaningful projects and is energized by lifelong learning. Is articulate, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success-driven. Has strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs. Works well in a team setting with the ability to learn and adapt quickly. Has an excellent Business English and at least one of the following languages:

Portuguese

Swedish/Danish

Dutch/Flemish

German

Any other European language
