Teams Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Agenda team. As a member of this team, your aim will be to ensure that our agenda offers doctors and secretaries an exceptional experience while managing their appointments.

You will be responsible for:

  • Define vision, strategy, and key results for your team to enhance engagement within our core product (agenda) for individual doctors and clinics.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Customer Success, local teams) to align business objectives with customer needs, ensuring that relevant issues are discussed, decided upon, and initiatives are implemented.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, research, and analysts to identify and address crucial customer challenges.
  • Track and analyze customer behavior related to launched features and measure them against KPIs.
  • Create and manage a backlog of initiatives, implementing them through experimentation, data analysis, and validation of hypotheses and business cases.
  • Develop product requirements using Agile or Shape Up methodologies, including user stories, wireframes, or prototypes, ensuring they are supported by user/customer insights.
  • Supervise the functionality of developed features before they are deployed to the production environment.

Qualifications

What experience and skills do you need for this role?

  • 5+ years of experience in product management (B2B2C, B2B at scale) with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
  • A background in Software engineering or technical knowledge to participate confidently in technical discussions with developers.
  • Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing product usage data to derive actionable insights.
  • A high level of energy, ownership, and effective communication skills.
  • User-centered focus, with the ability to recognize and prioritize opportunities to achieve your team's objectives.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment while shifting between high-level strategic thinking and practical operational tasks.
  • Experience in understanding user pain points and needs, validating hypotheses, conducting market experiments, scoping products/services, and launching products to the market.
