Within Docplanner Tech, we constitute a diverse collective of about 400 professionals across Engineering, Data, and Product spheres. Description of Teams

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to integrate with the Agenda team. As a member of this team, your primary objective will revolve around ensuring our agenda delivers an exceptional experience for doctors and administrative staff when handling appointments.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Establishing vision, strategy, and key results for your team to boost engagement within our core product (agenda) among individual doctors and clinics.
  • Collaborating with different divisions (Customer Success, local teams) to harmonize business objectives with customer demands, ensuring essential matters are deliberated, resolved, and initiatives are executed.
  • Engaging closely with engineering, design, research, and analytics teams to identify and resolve critical customer challenges.
  • Monitoring and evaluating customer interactions with newly launched features against KPIs.
  • Creating and managing a backlog of initiatives, implementing them through experimentation, data analysis, and validation of conjectures and business scenarios.
  • Crafting product requisites using Agile or Shape Up methodologies, encompassing user stories, wireframes, or prototypes, fortified by user/customer feedback.
  • Supervising feature functionality prior to their integration into the production environment.

Key Experience and Skills Required:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management (B2B2C, B2B at scale), demonstrating a track record of successfully delivering products.
  • A foundation in Software engineering or technical acumen to engage confidently in technical deliberations with developers.
  • Proficient in analyzing and consolidating product usage data to derive actionable insights.
  • Possessing a robust energy level, ownership mindset, and proficient communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented, with the capability to recognize and prioritize opportunities aligned with your team's objectives.
  • Hands-on approach, demonstrating agility in a fast-paced work setting, adept at transitioning between strategic vision and operational tasks.
  • Proficient in evaluating user pain points and requirements, validating assumptions, conducting market experiments, outlining products/services, and launching products to the market.

Additional Assets:

  • Experience within the healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency in developing customer-centric SaaS solutions.
